Join us on an adventure to Patagonia, Argentina to fish the fabled waters around the town of San Martin de los Andes. We will fish three legendary Argentine rivers: the Chimehuin, the Collon Cura, and the Limay tailwater. We will float and wade these rivers with expert outfitter Chocolate Lab Expedition and their local guides, staying on sprawling estancias along the way. Each stop offers extensive private river access, allowing us an exclusive opportunity to these fantastic fisheries. We will be lodging at 3 exceptional ranches throughout the week, each with comfortable accommodations, exceptional Argentine meals, and fine local wines.
Chocolate Lab Expeditions has guided in Argentina since 1996 and they have one of the most knowledgeable and experienced crews you will find. Their entire guide staff is bilingual which helps ensure every day on the water is a success. December 8: Arrival & the Chimehuin
- Anglers arrive at Chapelco Airport, San Martin de Los Andes
- CLE guides await to greet anglers and transport 20 minutes to Puente Negro Lodge on the Chimehuin
- Afternoon float on the Chimehuin with riverside picnic
- Settle in, open bar, dinner, and night on the ranch.
December 9-10: The Chimehuin
- Breakfast at the lodge
- Full day float on the Chimehuin with riverside picnic
- Return to Puente Negro Lodge for dinner and an open bar
December 11: The Collon Cura
- Breakfast at the lodge
- Pack and transfer 1 hour 15 minutes to a private lease on the Collon Cura
- Full day float with riverside picnic
- Take out and transfer 1 hour 30 minutes to Limay River Ranch
- Settle in and enjoy appetizers, dinner, and an open bar
December 12-14: The Limay
- Breakfast at the lodge
- Full day float on the Limay with riverside picnic
- Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and an open bar
December 15: Departure
- Breakfast at the lodge
- Transfer to Chalpeco Airport for flight back to Buenos Aires and the US

Includes- Bariloche airport pick up and Chapelco Airport drop off, all accommodations, guiding, meals, open bar before dinner at the estancias, fishing licenses, flies, and rods, reels, and wading boots if needed.
Does Not Include- Airfare, hotels or transfers in Buenos Aires, gratuities, waders, tippet, and leaders, and additional costs resulting from changes beyond the outfitter’s control.
Standard Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required within 10 working days to hold a reservation. Deposits are non-refundable unless another client is found for the same itinerary on the same dates. The trip balance is due prior to 60 days before the start of the client’s trip and is non-refundable. If we do not receive notification of cancellation in writing before the 60 day deadline you are responsible for full payment. Cancellations will forfeit all monies paid unless a replacement can be found. Travel insurance is highly recommended
